Order Processing times
Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping Times
We ship from our farm located in Elgin IL. Orders shipping within the United States will usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $58.99 or less before taxes, have a flat rate of $7.
- Order shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $59 or more before taxes, have free shipping.
Local pickup
We currently offer free pickup at our farm located in Elgin IL. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup with 2-3 hours. If you have placed your order after business hours your order will be prepared the following day.
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email stating that you may pickup your order with our address and hours for pickup. Please bring a piece of valid identification and your order confirmation email to the farm.
